Womens Support Group

Welcome to our weekly Women's Support Group! Our group is run by service users, which means that our focus is always on the needs and wants of the women who attend. We meet every week to provide a safe, supportive space where women can connect with others who have had similar experiences.

Our group is more than just a place to talk. We also have a variety of activities each week, for example arts and crafts, and more. We believe that these activities can be a powerful way to build community and support each other on our journeys.

In addition to our regular activities, we also have a variety of visitors from different organisations who come to speak to our group. These visitors can provide valuable information and resources to help women in our community.
